I really like these pans - I had one years ago, and when I saw this set, I had to buy them. They are exceptionally non-stick, and no fat is needed, but I sometimes add a pat butter for taste. Sadly they arrived damaged. I believe this is more a reflection of the absurdly abusive delivery company, than the product itself. They are so rough with packages that I have yet to receive a box that isnt damaged - this time they were so rough that the pans came out of their internal protective packaging and were scraping against each other during the undoubtedly rough delivery to my house. Wrote to them to say why doesn’t handle fold over when lid on- would only have needed a 5mm rise on hinge then it would have been perfect for tighter ovens with lid on and handle folded.
