We like the pan. We have noticed that the skillet has started to warp. The middle is higher then the rest of the cook surface. Not sure why that would be since it is supposed to withstand high heat.

It is a beautiful pan, but I had to return it because, unlike other GreenPan cooking pans, this one did not work with our induction range top. It is gorgeous. I was sad to have to return it.
