I was excited to get this beautiful new pan but am now thoroughly disappointed with it. Following manufacturer's specifications, I cooked with it 4-5 times. After one month, small black spots (not burnt food) emerged on the ceramic finish. I doubt it is safe to use and regret buying this pan from Wayfair.

Full disclosure I have never used the unit, and I have returned it for a refund. It looks well constructed, and the lid fits the pan perfectly. I returned the unit because it will not work on an induction stove top, and you cannot use metal utensils.
