Maintain the rug by vacuuming with suction only, vacuums with beater bars are not recommended, and spills and stains should be treated by a professional cleaner.

I purchased the beige rug, and it's excellent. Rolled flat immediately, no shedding (I have three dogs, and if a rug sheds at all, they'll figure out a way to make it shed!), no unpleasant smell. Oval 4' x 6'

The rug is unique and soft, the edges are a bit shiny and the center is more of warm cream color, give it interesting contrast. It's also pretty soft, not incredibly thick, but enough that I'd be able to sit on the rug comfortably. So many rugs now are very thin, and we wanted something that both felt nice to walk on but was thick enough to sit on as well. The one thing to look out for is that the size is not truly 5' x 8', my guess is due to the oval shape the sizing they gave was just an approximation off a standard rectangular rug.
