Customers appreciate the beautiful and rich color of this product, noting it is as pictured and looks expensive. The rug is described as well-made, comfortable, and plush, with many finding it to be a quality item. However, some reviewers have noted issues with shedding and the presence of white fabric pieces that make the rug appear dirty. There are also concerns about the dye lifting when cleaned.

Decent rug for the price. The color is rich but there are some white threads present throughout.

Overall this is a nice rug, feels plush, and has a nice look. I am disappointed in a few quality areas... there are quite a few white pieces of fabric that are spread out and end up making the rug look dirty. Also, the one time I needed to clean up a spill, I used a small amount water to clean the area and could tell the green die was lifting as I cleaned. For the price of rug, I would expect better quality overall.
