This beautiful Ouzo Hand Tufted Wool Nina Rug arrived yesterday and I am totally satisfied. The color, as many have said leans more toward deep brown rather than charcoal but gives you that charcoal feeling and is still very neutral - looks exactly like online photos. It was packaged extremely well and in perfect condition. The edges laid flat almost immediately. It is nice and heavy and after walking on it for over a full day so far, it has not shifted or moved on my hardwood floors, even without a rug pad, which was very important to me. I purchased the 8' runner size. My style is contemporary, however I feel this pattern would be suited to many styles. If you're on the fence regarding quality, you have no need to worry. This jute rug is a bit rougher than others I have had. Possibly the weave is not as tight or thick. I also think I was sent a smaller size. Crafted from a blend of traditional wool and jute backing, it does offer a soft touch while maintaining durability - holds up pretty well in high traffic area. What I particularly love is the timeless earthy tones. It complements well with any modern decor. While shedding is common with handmade wool rugs, I find that it does lessen over time. Admittedly, there are some initial lint that tended to get on clothes, but regular vacuuming (frequent in the beginning) at a low setting helps alleviate this issue. Overall, I highly recommend.. Im very happy with this rug. I needed a rug to cover an electrical cord for our recliner. This rug is perfect. Its a thicker rug, so it covers the cord and you cant feel it when you walk over the rug. It also doesnt slide around very much, even though it doesnt have a rubber backing. I like this rug and am pleased enough to keep it, but I deducted a star because the rug was described as being a mix of Gray/Blue/Beige, and the website photo clearly shows blue tones. However, there are no blue tones in the rug I received. It includes different shades of gray and beige, but no blue. That was quite disappointing, as the blue tones were a big part of why I selected this rug. I have only had the rug for a few days, but the quality seems good.
