This rug is beautiful! It’s exactly what we expected based on the photos, and the feel is soft and fairly plush. Our only concern so far is that we still haven’t gotten it to completely flatten out. Although we’ve placed heavy furniture on it and attempted to work out the lumps, it still looks a little wavy. This rug is not only beautiful but is sturdy and quite comfortable underfoot with the recommended rug pad. After unrolling it and placement, it was lying flat by the next day. It has the look of kind of an open weft and weave but it is in fact durable… much to my surprise when my kitties had to try their claws out on it (of course cuz it’s new) not a yarn was pulled up on it! I'm quite pleased with this rug. It does effortlessly enhances the aesthetic of my living room while tying cohesively well with my other various decor styles. Crafted from a blend of traditional wool and jute backing, it does offer a soft touch while maintaining durability - holds up pretty well in high traffic area. What I particularly love is the timeless earthy tones. It complements well with any modern decor. While shedding is common with handmade wool rugs, I find that it does lessen over time. Admittedly, there are some initial lint that tended to get on clothes, but regular vacuuming (frequent in the beginning) at a low setting helps alleviate this issue. Overall, I highly recommend.. Im very happy with this rug. I needed a rug to cover an electrical cord for our recliner. This rug is perfect. Its a thicker rug, so it covers the cord and you cant feel it when you walk over the rug. It also doesnt slide around very much, even though it doesnt have a rubber backing. This is the Rectangle 3’3” x 5’ rug. This is navy and white and a very pretty and a vibrant colored rug in person. Great quality and can be used indoor or outdoor.
