The light is generally as expected. It required a bit more assembly then anticipated as there were 4 sections of the lower pole to screw together. The only criticism that I have is that the light source is not set back into the head ... so the LED light "bulb" is very obviously seen, so it is a bit distracting within the room.. Kenneth. It’s very tall and I’m still getting used to that, but fortunately the ceiling is quite high in that room. I have the taller of the two lights facing the high wall for the light to bounce off the wall. I was looking for a touch light which this has. And I like the simple design.
