Was a gift to my grandson, moving into a new apartment. He sent a not saying there was a ‘dark’ corner in his apartment, and he needed light. So, I sent him this Floor lamp….he and his girlfriend loved it! Great lamp…doesn’t take up too much room, but gives enough light.

The lamp is exactly as pictured and expected, HOWEVER... what should have been a simple assembly process turned into a nightmare. The little rubber grommet around the wire is impossible to hold while threading the cord. Hence, impossible to keep in place or reinsert once you start threading the cord. Ours eventually just broke, so no rubber grommet left. Clearly a manufacturing/packaging decision. Makes you wonder if supplier EVER actually tried to assemble one with the instructions provided or did any tests with customers. Ugh. Really disappointing.
