A lot of reviews say the couch is uncomfortable but we disagree. It is firm but still comfortable, and the leather will break in over time. This was my biggest worry, but I was very pleased. The couch is exactly as pictured, the color is beautiful. Great for a city apartment or smaller space. You can have the chaise on either side, you just tell the guys which you want when it arrives. The delivery team was fantastic and I love that they assembled so quickly (included with price) and took care of the boxes afterwards.
