Ordering was easy. Delivery was on the date stated. Packing was in good condition. Assembly was relatively easy (the lid needs to go on after the handles are attached). Unit heated approximately. Gave 4 stars because we have not yet cooked anything.

The Weber electric Grill is the BOMB. It was super simple to put together, maybe 10 minutes, then I did all the safety recommendations. Cleaned the prepped the grill with nonstick spray and VOILA. My chicken came out perfect and added steaks when almost done - well see for yourself. This grill is huge I could have added burgers, vegies etc... ENJOY!
