Excellent product! Heats up quick, stays hot enough, well constructed. On my second floor condo balcony. Just make sure if it's outside take control cable off after using.

I'm happy with this grill! It performs beautifully and is easy to clean. I use the steam method to clean the grates after each use and they come out great. The rest can be cleaned periodically. Much easier than gas or charcoal.

Had this grill in the past and was thrilled to find it in stock. It’s the best you can do for an electric grill that has the feel of a gas grill - and fits on the patio perfectly.

Used it for the 1st time to make turkey burgers. This little baby does get very hot. The grill marks and even cooking was so impressive. I gave 4 stars because the product arrived with a few scuff marks on the catch bowl that sits below the elements, there were small nicks on the handles and the outside lid was a bit scuffed. Although that did come off using a damp rag. I don’t think it was packaged tight enough for shipping. Wayfair offered a replacement but I took a partial credit instead. Can wait to grill up a storm now that I have this. I consider myself pretty good at grilling using charcoal and gas. My apartment doesn’t allow either so I took a chance on electric. Tried the George Forman electric grill. Ended up returning it. Although I’ve only grilled one thing on this Weber, I’m confident it’ll stand up to the task. Preheat for 20 mins. as recommended, maybe less for things that don’t require high heat. It does get hot! I ordered the cart too. Unless you have something to put the grill on, this is a must have. Not super sturdy IMO and not worth 69.99 but whatta going to do. Was a challenge to assemble but I’m not good at those things. All in all, I’m very happy with this purchase. The product is of excellent quality. What I expect from Weber.
