For the amount this pan cost, I would hope it would last me 20 years. Unfortunately, I’ve had it for less than a year and have not been very impressed. I am so careful when I use it and yet there are already scratches, and the outside of the pan looks terrible. I just wouldn’t recommend. Way too expensive for the quality you get!

Very well made and beautifully crafted! I made homemade beef stock in it and the next day made beef mushroom barley soup with the stock.I am an older person with less arm strength and this Dutch oven is easier to lift than my cast iron one. It functions very well.
