The platform bed is very nice and strong. The white glove service that comes with it is great, all I had to do is open the door and let them in. The 4 stars and not 5 is because the head board is a bit flimsy and I did not like how the mattress fits inside the frame instead of flush on top. Very difficult to put sheets on a very mattress. The bed is beautiful and very well made. It takes at least 2 people to assemble and due to screws not lining up properly (i’ve read about this in other reviews as well) takes a decent chunk of time. Be aware that the frame sits much lower to the ground than it appears in the images, check the measurements. I gave 4 stars because the mattress sits very deep in to the frame, it was difficult to put sheets on. I had to purchase a 4” metal bed riser so that it would sit higher.. Natalie. OH.
