In the event of a defect, Dovetail guarantees to repair or replace any item found defective in material, we cannot be responsible for issues created by extremely high or low levels of humidity. If you are in either desert or mountainous regions and have experienced such problems with furniture of this nature, and a unique patina may develop. We build our pieces to withstand normal moisture levels but, as our items are mainly built from solid wood, construction, exposure to chemicals and foreign substances, malfunction, or failure to conform to this warranty, or for any use which the product was not intended. Alterations of any type to the product by the consumer will nullify the warranty entirely. TRANSPORTATION AND DELIVERY DAMAGE ARE EXCLUDED., accidents, or workmanship under normal use and following care instructions.
