I really like these pans - I had one years ago, and when I saw this set, I had to buy them. They are exceptionally non-stick, and no fat is needed, but I sometimes add a pat butter for taste. Sadly they arrived damaged. I believe this is more a reflection of the absurdly abusive delivery company, than the product itself. They are so rough with packages that I have yet to receive a box that isnt damaged - this time they were so rough that the pans came out of their internal protective packaging and were scraping against each other during the undoubtedly rough delivery to my house.
