Hokku Designs Lotta Modern Bookcase / Display Cabinet in Red Cocoa Brown

Great looking product. Instructions on putting it together are not the best. It is inportant to note the numbers on each panel proir to assembly (they dont mention in the instructions that each part is marked with red ink on the end, and its difficult to see without looking for it). I would like another one of these shelves, but angling the other dirrection to put them back to back. Unfortunatly it can only be put together one way.

Like others have said, not the easiest shelf to put together. I didnt notice till later on in the building process that each piece was labeled with red lettering which makes it a ton easier. Overall, very nice shelf. Have had nothing but compliments from guests. Very sturdy shelves. Very solid overall.

I hired a guy for $20 to put it together, though I probably could have done it myself. The result is spectacular! It looks exactly like the photo, and adds so much to my home. Thank you for offering this unusual and delightful piece.

I bought (2) and placed them side-by-side, I knew it would look great! Yes, people tilt their heads at first, and I love that!

I just purchased this bookcase and i like it a lot because the design is different. It's well built and the quality is great. Yes, it did take a while but it was worth it. I called a couple girlfriends and enjoyed putiting it together with a glass of wine.

One of the great part of this bookcase is that most people double take it for a broken shelf thats falling apart. It's funny to see people wiggle the shelves to see if they're actaully falling part. It's a beautifully designed piece with a very good quality wood finish. I didn't have too much trouble assembling it, you just have to pace yourself and follow the instructures carefully. DO NOT RUSH INTO IT! I can see how people might overlook a step which can cause some headaches. I am very happy with this purchase!

This is very difficult to review. The final product is very nice: a unique, modern design that fits any desired contemporary environment. However, the assembly instructions are inexcusably cryptic and the marking of nearly identical pieces is extremely unclear. In summary, winding up with a very nice piece is a joyless and frustrating exercise.

As others have stated this product is challenging to put together and does take time. Be patient. It is well worth it. They are beautiful!

Striking and solid piece of furniture. Looks great in my home and will last a long time. Challenging to assemble, but not impossible. Well worth the price and the effort.

It takes a few hours to put it together,but it is worth it. It stands out with its unusual shape and it gets noticed right away.
