Very happy with the price vs. what they look like in person. Pretty easy to install aside from having to cut the main cord and then having the nylon to get to the wires, and then recut the wires to have them exposed properly. I installed three over our kitchen island, and (embarrassingly) I actually dropped one because it was not fully secured to the ceiling. When it hit the counter. I expected it to shatter, or have a major dent in it, since the counter quartz and the outside of the light is some meta., but it did not show any major signs of deformation. Theses are gorgeous fixtures, we have 2 over half of a 10’ length of island, (the other half has a skylight over it). They provide more than enough light, spaced about 18” apart and suspended about 30” above a 36” high countertop. We have 100 watt equivalent LED lamps inside. The fixtures have a cap that is on the top, essentially covering about 20% of the globe, but the overall effect is a nice glow on the walls and ceiling, exactly what we were hoping for. Exactly the look we wanted. They look fresh and modern and not like everyone else’s typical round or tear drop pendants. Fun and lots of compliments! Minor issue that I think is not the worst still it’s something that should be prevented, but the extension pieces to decide how long the pendant should hang are not from the same color “dye lot” is what we imagine as some of the extensions don’t match in color to the others. But the lights are beautiful and if the focus is on the moments created under them and around the kitchen island, than the mismatched colors are truly not noticeable after a while. Its a nice lamp. It was easy to assemble. Came with plenty of cord. I bought a 100w equivalent LED Edison style bulb which looks very nice and retro. Biggest complaint was the cord catch that reduces strain on the wiring was made of plastic. It shredded when trying to unscrew it. I had to swag the lamp over so it doesnt quite matter in my situation. It is a design flaw that the manufacturer could fix by replacing that teeny-tiny part with metal.. Chris. Washington.
