I probably would have changed my mind and put it outside on the line to get a better chance of airing out, except I worked my tail off to get it under my very heavy bed frame with an unwieldy mattress, so it's there until I move or die. I echo a lot of the other reviews: A nice, dense pile and the color can look olive or brown under different lighting. The streaks in the olive parts are a little more pronounced than expected but it doesn't detract from the overall look. Maintain the rug by vacuuming with suction only, vacuums with beater bars are not recommended, and spills and stains should be treated by a professional cleaner.

I purchased the beige rug, and it's excellent. Rolled flat immediately, no shedding (I have three dogs, and if a rug sheds at all, they'll figure out a way to make it shed!), no unpleasant smell.
