Honestly, I’m one of the pickiest people when it comes to home decor. This was the third rug I ordered. It is so perfect. Beautiful and soft and really well made. Party rug. This area rug’s bold mix of patterns is accented by dimensional tufting and a palette that fearlessly combines saturated hues with subtle neutrals. Handcrafted from resilient New Zealand wool in a plush but durable medium pile height, it’s here for a good time and a long time.
First of all, I love this rug! I have already gotten so many compliments on it. It's so unique and bold! However, I wouldn't recommend it if you have pets. The white parts get dirty very easily, regardless of how clean you are. Also, this rug is an absolute lint magnet AND sheds a ton when vacuuming (?).. the pics I attached are of my vacuum that was emptied prior to vacuuming it just once AND I had just vacuumed it the day before. You have to vacuum it a lot if you want it to stay looking nice. This rug is gorgeous and was the perfect accent to bring this room together. The green is muted and not jarring at all - it’s soft and elegant. Brings a sophisticated mid century modern vibe to my living room. The rug is plush without being shag, though it is deep. My Dyson runs on it with a little more effort than usual, but does not shut down like it does on true shag rugs. No shedding, no offgassing, no loose threads. I did have an issue with one corner during shipping where the packaging ripped and exposed the rug, but that was remedied by AllModerns customer service, and hidden under the couch.. Very pleased with the initial quality of this 100 wool rug! I purchased an 8 x 10 for our living room. The pile is very dense, it lays flat, does not slide on my LVT flooring, nor does it shed. Colors are as seen on the website. I opened the outer layer of plastic and left it in the garage for a week so the odor would dissipate a bit before bringing it in the house. A lot of the initial odor seemed to be on the plastic cover. This helped a lot, but some odor lingers.. CCF. Idaho. 2023-11-08 13:32:22

The rug is exactly as pictured. I wish there was a little bit more contrast so you could see the pattern more. But I was looking for a 6-7ft square rug for the space I had and there weren't a ton of options. This works well. Soft under foot. Good for the price. This striking area rug serves as an ultramodern foundation for your indoor or outdoor living space. I am happy with this purchase. The quality is higher than expected and it is still plush. Others in comments noticed excessive fabric coming out but I haven’t. Seems normal. I have another woolen rug of similar quality not bought here and it’s similar in wear and tear. The colors are much more muted than the photos online suggest, but users images seem quite accurate for color.
