Rug is beautiful. I was shocked to find that it is woven from leather. I know description said leather and fabric, but thought it would be mostly fabric and maybe border in leather. Contour + depth. This hand-loomed area rug blends sculptural geometry and tactile richness. A high-low pile carves out a subtle oval motif, adding quiet dimension to its deep burgundy base. Crafted from 100% wool, it offers natural softness and durability. The dense pile cushions hard floors while maintaining a clean, modern silhouette. Available in multiple sizes, including runner and area formats, this rug is a refined foundation for living rooms, entryways, and bedrooms. Rotate periodically to preserve texture. Add a rug pad for extra stability.

Beautiful color and gorgeous texture. We put this in our guest bedroom which has original wood floors from the 50s and is quite creaky, with a rug pad underneath it has helped with the acoustics quite a bit. Some shedding as other reviewers have mentioned, but nothing major. Really beautiful rug.. Katrina. Seattle, WA. Sun Oct 11 2026

The colors are slightly less bright in person than in the photos - the cherry red accents are a little more burnt-orange, and the white/beige is a little more cream/tan. The brown and green colors are subtler than in the photos. It's a beautifully made rug, the wool is cozy and warm and feels great underfoot. We're happy with it! Note that our cat also loves it and immediately took to stretching and scratching on the rug - the loops easily pull out and look terrible from cat scratches, and you have to trim them (DON'T PULL THEM!) so it's a bit of work while training her, but I think it'll be worthwhile. We are using a "no-scratch" spray on the rug to train her not to scratch it, and so far it seems to be working. If you have a cat and don't want to deal with training or trimming scratch spots, I'd recommend against the loop-style rug.. Serena. Portland, OR. Mon Oct 05 2026

We absolutely love this rug! It’s very soft. We love the wool. It’s woven into these balls that are so soft on your feet. We love it. The big weave to it is the best. Our cat went to sleep on this one immediately and repeatedly when there are other options available.. Anonymous. Fri Sep 18 2026

The sumptuous texture of the rug pile softens hard surfaces when layered over tile, stone, and hardwood floors. Maintain the rug by vacuuming with suction only, vacuums with beater bars are not recommended, and spills and stains should be treated by a professional cleaner.

I purchased the beige rug, and it's excellent. Rolled flat immediately, no shedding (I have three dogs, and if a rug sheds at all, they'll figure out a way to make it shed!), no unpleasant smell. The rounded corners and border is a great way to elevate an otherwise simple rug!. Mithun. Washington, Dc. Thu Jul 30 2026

Hand-woven with a plush texture, this rug brings enduring comfort home. Experience the natural resilience and softness of wool, perfect for adding warmth and style to your living spaces.

The rug was exactly as described except it had a flaw in the weave. Unfortunate, because the quality is very good and "in person" the rich warm autumn colors are beautiful. I phoned customer service and described the problem. They offered 3 solutions. If the flaw was tolerable I could have a discount (approx 25%). Or, they would issue a full refund. Or, they would replace the rug. I chose replacement and three days later Fedex picked up the first rug and delivered the replacement the same day - at no cost to me. It's flawless. Only giving it 4 stars because of the issue and slight delay. However, with customer service's follow-up, I should probably give them a 5.. Robert. Raleigh, NC. Sat Oct 24 2026

I echo a lot of the other reviews: A nice, dense pile and the color can look olive or brown under different lighting. The streaks in the olive parts are a little more pronounced than expected but it doesn't detract from the overall look. The room shots in my review are more color-accurate than those with nothing but the rug—my camera auto-adjusted.. Alexander. Miami Beach, FL. Tue Jun 09 2026
