Our chairs look just like in the picture - until you get up close. I opened a customer inquiry about how to resolve the situation. Other than the defect to one chair, we are very happy with our purchase. I am confident we will be able to resolve the problem. Waiting for a reply from AllModern/Birch Lane.

Disappointed. I like the look of chair and its sturdiness but disappointed that after owning them for 5 months one of the 4 chairs purchased is unraveling. I would not recommend purchase of these chairs.

These are chic looking chairs with a high back that is perfect for relaxation. It is very comfortable and great back and head support. They were easy to put together. The cushions are a throw away and are poor quality. We still don't mind we can just get some new ones that match the decor.
