One of the screw holes was misaligned. I had to force the bolt in after several tries.

So happy I pulled the trigger on these chairs!! They are the perfect dupes to to the more expensive ones from the well known home store that stars with a C. I’ve received so many compliments. Easy to assemble and comfortable to sit on.

Update: After escalating to a supervisor they shipped me a new part for the broken one. Outside of that live the chair, looks great, comfortable. One of the chairs came broken from factory. I reached out to customer service for a replacement part and they said there was nothing they could do because it was past 30 days from purchase. We bought during a sale while we were building a pool and were not ready to assemble until now when pool was finished. Box did not have any damage and broken piece was tightly packed without any damage to styrofoam around it. Right where it’s broken it was inspected and stamped “Pass” on top of it all. Very disappointing they are ok with a customer being stuck with a broken / defective product from the factory, and offering no way to resolve the issue. This is a structural / support piece of the chair that is broken so we now cannot use the chair at all as we do not want anyone to get injured due to chair not having proper support. Highly recommend you open and inspect all parts immediately, and understand their customer service policy is to only stand behind their products for 30 days, even when unopened.
