Love this mid-mod lamp! Nice height for next to a chair. It’s not super tall if that’s what you’re looking for. It has a knob to turn on the down light, up light and then both together. Not sure if there are some boomers attempting to put it together and that’s why the other reviews are saying it’s difficult to put together but it took me less then 10 minutes and I was all set up and ready to go. Very high quality lamp, solid metal, and it arrived properly wrapped with the metal finish protected. I will say it’s a bit tricky to put together as the long arms are a bit awkward to maneuver. Read the assembly instructions as there is a certain sequence you have to follow. Took about an hour to assemble and align the curved arms.
