Styling is great and ads the vibe and lighting we were searching for. Light output is excellent. Quality is not as high as I would have expected. The brass sections had minor scratches and a small ding. Also, one of the LEDs is just slightly whiter than the other two. Overall still satisfied.

This is a pretty cool tree lamp and gives off plenty of light. I really like that it's dimmable. It does have a slight lean to it and we have tightened everything as much as possible.

The lamp looks great and seems to be pretty decent quality. However, when I received it, it arrived with a cracked shade. I immediately called in to report the cracked shade. The manufacture said the shades have been discontinued. I decided to keep the lamp in hopes to find a replacement shade, but I haven't had any luck yet. With something so fragile and because there is always a chance of glass cracking during the shipment, you'd think replacement shades would be available.

After only a day or two, the lamp I bought wasn't working. None of the bulbs were bright. I don't know what to do or even who to contact. I would appreciate connecting with someone who can help
