LOVE the fan. Super sleek and quiet with nice airflow. I will say the installation was a bit more complicated than expected. The directions are generic for all fans, so you need to make adjustments if you don't have the light fixture option. Also, it was difficult to thread the wires and the pin through the down rod. Did come with 6” down rod so I had to purchase the 12 and 18 elsewhere to find the right fit, not much of an addl cost and easy to find in 1” diameter, swapped them out myself. Bought the 60" Draftsman for an outdoor enclosed area that is open air about five months of the year. It does get humid here the south as well so although this fan is relatively nee, it is well constructed and I think it should do what it's designed to do. Moves air well for my 400 sf area. Love the design of this fan. The blades look modern, very neat and elegant looking. Fan performance is good, very quiet. The only thing I don't like is that the base and the center cap color doesn't match the color of the blades.
