Mind the mess. Overall this lamp is ok. The color is less brass and more, off gold. The weight in the base moves, so it took awhile to get it to sit straight without a lean. It’s ok. I am very happy with this lamp. It is both delicate looking and unusual in my opinion. I had a little bit of trouble getting the shade even when I assembled it but with a little bit of effort I was able to bend the bracket just enough to even it out. The shade itself is sturdy and well made. As a previous reviewer pointed out 60” is not very high so be sure to check and make sure that that is the height that you want.. Amy.
