Named for its famed designer, Peter Morelli, the Morelli Arc Lamp is a historical reissue that was originally created in 1968. Peter originally named this the Arch Lamp and was among the first Italian designers to incorporate bent wood to achieve the arched arm of the lamp. Since Peter’s designs were so popular, the design was originally attributed to Harvey Guzzini, a pseudonym used to ensure that Nova’s chief designer was not recruited away by other lighting companies. The oversized Morelli Arc Lamp features walnut and weathered brass finishing with a molded acrylic shade. The dimmer switch allows the user to select the exact light output for any occasion. When used in conjunction with a smart switch, Morelli is compatible with Amazon Echo, Google Assistant, and Apple Home, and can be automatically turned on/off manually, by voice activation, or by scheduled settings.

We love this lamp. It was immediately apparent that it was of a much higher quality than similar, cheaper lamps, and very much worth the price. Attaching the post to the base was a challenge. The included wrench was nice, but awkward given the limited angle afforded by the base. I had a very hard time getting the post tight and perpendicular to the base. Also, as much as I appreciated how well-packed the shipment was, I really wish it didn't have quite so much Styrofoam.. Ken. Richmond Hill, NY. Sun May 10 2026

Balancing sculptural simplicity with rich textures, this piece is a timeless modern lighting statement. Hand-stitched linen shades: Hand-stitched lampshades carry a unique charm and character precisely because of their imperfections. Each one holds the signature of the craftsman's hand, showcasing subtle variations that make it one-of-a-kind. Unlike mass-produced items, they reflect time spent in meticulous work and a touch of individuality that can't be replicated. The shade requires "fluffing" to fill the volume; they are unique in being asymmetrical. If you admire hand-crafted objects, you will appreciate the handwork in these unique hand-stitched shades. If you prefer mass-produced perfection, hand-stitched shades may not be the best fit for you, but we love the warmth and love to bring natural materials into our home.

Very nice-looking lamp. The lower gasket where the cord goes into the lamp came out while I assembled it, and it appears it will not go back in. Not a huge deal since it's not very visible, but a little annoying. The shade is a nice look, and I am buying a small hurricane lamp shade, frosted glass, as the bulb is more visible through the fabric of the lamp shade than I would like. Overall, a nice addition to my midcentury modern office. Guy. Cincinnati, OH. Fri Oct 23 2026

Beautiful lamp, bigger than expected but fits my space fine. Quality is pretty good, though the switch is off a bit and the dimmer is note great with the LED bulb (flickers on low). Also, assembly takes two people and the directions are so-so. We did receive the product far later than advertised and the color was black not a mixture of brass and black, like on the site. But we like the black so we're keeping it!. Christopher. Providence, RI. Fri Nov 01 2024
