It took me a while to find a "tiered" light fixture and this hit the spot with the elegant combination of black and brass. It was easy to hang and was nice that you can adjust the height of each pendant per your need and taste. However, the outside (black) material is a little easy to scratch, which I did while hanging. This is a stunning pendant, just gorgeous and great quality. It is challenging to install though. First, the globes are not marked with corresponding letters from the instructions, and the lamp diagram is not marked with letters, so you need to figure out which pieces are which before you start assembling the pendants. And yes, it is possible to hang this and then put all the globes on, you just have to have two ladders and two people that can work together cooperatively. One person needs to stand on a ladder and thread the pieces onto the LED tubes, the other person needs to climb the second ladder and hand the first person the globes, then help hold them in place while screwing the bottom finial on. I did not like the feel of the globes. Doesn't feel like glass and it seems very delicate which scares me in case of the balls hitting each other and cracking.
