I love it! I receive so many compliments on it as well. Renovating two guest bedrooms, both are 12x12'. This 44" fan feels like the right size for a 144 sq ft room. I ran the new Romex wire to a switched receptacle by the entry door. I like the remote with cradle which I attached to the wall next to the switch. So upon entry flipping the switch turns on the fan/light as well as a bedside lamp plugged into the half-hot receptacle. The fan light is not real bright but adequate for a bedroom and dimmable. For looks I give 5 stars, my wife gives it 4. Fan is not whisper quiet and install was a bit more difficult than other ceiling fans I have hung. I found the "safety cable" to be useless - unless I put a screw into my freshly painted ceiling to attach it (?) plus it was in the way so I used tin snips & got rid of it. First of all, this was backordered for 5+ months. Glad I finally got it. Unfortunately, you need an electrician to hang. Hopefully, I can post those photos soon. The chandelier is very sleek and modern looking. Just from observation, the material is nice and sturdy. All frames are round despite the description saying there are some rectangular ones.
