Named for its famed designer, Peter Morelli, the Morelli Arc Lamp is a historical reissue that was originally created in 1968. Peter originally named this the Arch Lamp and was among the first Italian designers to incorporate bent wood to achieve the arched arm of the lamp. Since Peter’s designs were so popular, the design was originally attributed to Harvey Guzzini, a pseudonym used to ensure that Nova’s chief designer was not recruited away by other lighting companies. The oversized Morelli Arc Lamp features walnut and weathered brass finishing with a molded acrylic shade. The dimmer switch allows the user to select the exact light output for any occasion. When used in conjunction with a smart switch, Morelli is compatible with Amazon Echo, Google Assistant, and Apple Home, and can be automatically turned on/off manually, by voice activation, or by scheduled settings.

The Original Arc Mushroom Lamp 1961 Mushroom 5 Light Arc Floor Lamp is a classic NOVA statement piece inspired by nature with a modern twist. This is the original design from the original manufacturer. When we introduced this design, it set the standard. Others may have followed, but they were only imitations of what we created first. Ours is the original—crafted with intention, authenticity, and uncompromising quality. Every detail reflects our vision, not a copy of someone else’s. Choose the one that started it all. The modern black nickel finish enhances the aesthetic of the steel arms as they arc over a sectional or sofa. The uniquely shaped mushroom heads can be artfully fanned out to deliver light exactly where needed. The built-in dimmer switch allows full control over the light intensity, allowing you to create the perfect ambiance for any occasion. Hand-stitched linen shades: Hand-stitched lampshades carry a unique charm and character precisely because of their imperfections. Each one holds the signature of the craftsman's hand, showcasing subtle variations that make it one-of-a-kind. Unlike mass-produced items, they reflect time spent in meticulous work and a touch of individuality that can't be replicated. The shade requires "fluffing" to fill the volume; they are unique in being asymmetrical. If you admire hand-crafted objects, you will appreciate the handwork in these unique hand-stitched shades. If you prefer mass-produced perfection, hand-stitched shades may not be the best fit for you, but we love the warmth and love to bring natural materials into our home.

Very nice-looking lamp. The lower gasket where the cord goes into the lamp came out while I assembled it, and it appears it will not go back in. Not a huge deal since it's not very visible, but a little annoying. The shade is a nice look, and I am buying a small hurricane lamp shade, frosted glass, as the bulb is more visible through the fabric of the lamp shade than I would like. Overall, a nice addition to my midcentury modern office. Guy. Cincinnati, OH. Fri Oct 23 2026

Beautiful lamp, bigger than expected but fits my space fine. Quality is pretty good, though the switch is off a bit and the dimmer is note great with the LED bulb (flickers on low). Also, assembly takes two people and the directions are so-so. We did receive the product far later than advertised and the color was black not a mixture of brass and black, like on the site. But we like the black so we're keeping it!. Christopher. Providence, RI. Fri Nov 01 2024

Updated Aug 7 2019: got a replacement and it looked perfect on our living room. The shade is lower than I imagined. We put in warm glow bulb so it feels comfortable at night (no glaring white tone). Overall it took much longer but I’m glad our replacement finally arrived so up the star to 4 (would have been 5 otherwise). Ordered this back in January and arrived with damaged base. I waited until now (mid July) when the base was supposed to have been delivered. Except that it was not delivered. I will be asking for a replacement instead (apparently it’s faster). The lamp itself is nice and the shade can be angled (if desired). Hopefully we will get to enjoy it at some point this century!!. K. Boston, MA. Wed Aug 07 2019
