The advertisement for this product shows photos of the product with down rods. I was told by Allmodern Customer Service that it wasn't the documented that they were three down rods that came with the fixture so it could be hung away from the ceiling 12 inches 24 inches or 6 inches or any combination there of. When I receive the product, there were no down rods. When I called back, they confirmed that their information said that there would be down rods. They contacted the manufacturer who said that there are no down rods included with this product. I returned the product.
