Product is very poor quality. First, the gold color is far more dull in real life than is pictured. It looks like a vibrant gold color pictured, but it's very dull. Secondly, the lamp cover / lens peeled off after having been installed for only 7 months. It just started falling and eventually fell off. It looks like the glue holding it in place gave up. Overall, a poor quality product. Thankfully, customer care was kind enough to take care of this for us.

The quality of construction is really nice and consistent with the price point. Unique, bold, and masculine aesthetic will add enjoyment to turning the lights on. Only complaint is that the pictures show the interior to be more yellow when it is gold/bronze. Perhaps the appearance changes when the light is on.

It provides really good light and it looks pretty nice. I had assumed, from the pictures, that the interior was brass or at least looked like brass. It's more like a painted brass color and once the light is on, you can't tell what the inside color is. So, it doesn't make quite as much of a statement as I'd hoped. Otherwise, we're happy with it.

I would have given this more stars, but I'm not sure that we will be keeping this light. It is very attractive and we would have installed it immediately except for a couple of things: 1) There is a metal piece that "trims" the acrylic panel that shields the light bulb and it appears either the manufacturer simply double-sided taped the trim on and it fell off, or the previous purchaser tried to fix detached trim with double-sided tape 2) it appears to have been a return as the hardware pouch was already open upon us opening the box and appears there is missing hardware.
