Very happy with the design and quality of the fixture, and it provides just the right amount of light over my dining table. However I was disappointed to find there were only two vertical rods included. One is 12" and the other is 6" providing only 18" of length from the ceiling. My own fault for not reviewing the specifications more thoroughly, but it seems like an insufficient amount for many installations, including mine. I really like the chandelier. However, I was concerned that it would be too tall according to the dimensions shown on the site. I even called your customer service to see if it could be shortened and I was told no it couldn't. I bought it anyway and brought it to a lamp repair shop to see if they could shorten it. Imagine our surprise when we opened the box and saw that the light hung down with three threaded rods. I was able to eliminate one rod to get the height I wanted.
