Like other reviewers have noted, this vanity desk does sit a little high. One upside is you can easily cross your legs beneath it without bumping your knee. The black velvet lined drawers with their soft close add to a luxe feel. They are too shallow to hold a blow dryer but my make-up and jewelry fit fine. The colour in real life is slightly darker/muddier. It's not a bright ash. Item arrived well packaged in two boxes. Assembly was easy enough, and the drawers are already assembled so it didn't take very long. Be very careful during assembly that you don't drag the edges and chip the veneer by accident. Once assembled, there is no exposed area to risk this, though. There was a slight smell to the product resembling spray paint that gassed off within a weak. This vanity is really beautiful. The drawers look great and it appears to be of good quality. My only comment would be that the top is a much warmer white than I thought it was going to be. I think the manufacturer either sent me the wrong color or they significantly changed the stain without communicating it to All Modern. That being said, it is great quality, solid, and easy to put together. I won’t be returning because of the cost of the rerun since there was no damage due to shipping. Beautiful and solid vanity with a great mid century modern vibe! Love the hardware. Drawers are okay, my installer had to cut the back of bottom drawers to fit around plumbing and they’re not tall at all. (I figured that would be the case). Main concern is the quality of the quartz. Upon installation I noticed water spots that I’m unable to clean off. Carefully delivered, well packed. When you open the box you will be happy to have purchased it. It is better than expected, (based on review and gut instinct). Colors are true. I love it! The only setback was the installation. My husband had to cut a hole in the drawer to fit the pipes. Not every home is the same, and this needed to be done. The drawers are beautiful. Well made. Wish they had a full-length box, but the pipes would not fit. We are using this vanity for the 1/2 guest bath. Toilet paper fits, and rolled towels. That's it. The Redford desk looks great and almost an exact match to the pictures. The quality is very good, it is very heavy and well constructed, and fit and finish appears to be great. The drawers are good but are not full depth (they are 13 inches deep verses the desk depth of 28 inches).
