This dimmable sconce nestles a mid-century-style globe shade into a hemispherical steel cap, for an updated look that evokes a half moon. It’s crafted from frosted glass that’s evenly illuminated by an included LED bulb. Install it facing down for task lighting, or up for a more ambient glow.

The lights look great and we love them, however, there are a few things that aren’t visible in the stock photos I’ll point out that. First, they have a bit of a textured finish to them which you can’t really discern in the photos. It’s not bad, but unfortunately it doesn’t match the other fixtures in the bathroom that we have them in. Secondly, there are some white ‘bumpers’ to protect the glass globe sandwiched between the globe and the metal housing. Lost screw thread just trying to get into stud. Had to buy damaged screw extractor bit, which only caused the whole screw head to come off. Only drawback is you cannot replace any kind of lightbulb (maybe a pro can?) because the light is encased in the rings of the fixture (at least as far as I can tell but I’m certainly not a pro). I was looking for a light fixture to modernize my kitchen while being minimalist since I don't have super high ceilings and it can start to look busy fast. This fit the bill. I love the matte black color and that I can adjust the warmth of the lighting through an app. It's BIG but sits flush to the ceiling. Where it lacks is the actual light it gives off. It definitely wouldn't be enough to be your main light fixture. We actually don't turn it on much since we still would need our can lights on. It gets used the most on movie nights when we turn on the "night light" functionality to set the mood since our kitchen is next to the tv room (if you turn the light switch off then on again quickly it goes into night light mode)..
