The damage is not great enough to bother sending it back, especially since the box it arrived in is falling apart. We were able to manually straighten it out. Tree came on time. Ordered it after Christmas during a sale. I’ve never had a “fake” Christmas tree before so I didn’t know what to expect. After putting it together (easy assembly) it took a bit of fluffing to get it to cover the empty spaces. It did shed some of the snow but nothing too crazy.
