Pretty comfortable. Nice and firm like we wanted. It looks high quality, but the feel of the fabric is so-so (and very absorbent -- no stain resistance here I don't think). This color in my home appears kind of taupe-gray in most light. The delivery was quite swift and on-time which was a pleasant treat. Be aware that the back feels even lower because it is such a firm sofa. Also, there is nothing provided to connect the sectional pieces: they are very much just two separate, matching furniture items, not in fact, a sectional. I replaced the legs with 5 inch legs this raised the height to 18 inches. Also I repositioned the throw pillows and altered them from 18 to12 inches. Now they are uniform to the height of the arm. The delivery team was fantastic and I love that they assembled so quickly (included with price) and took care of the boxes afterwards.
