I was looking for a cream colored sectional with mid-century design features and removable cushions with zip off fabric. This certainly did the job, and for quite a bit cheaper than many stores out there. I got it on sale which I would recommend, as I feel the value is correct at the sale price. The sofa is large and the cream color is lovely. It's a great neutral base for throws/pillows. Definitely a mass produced item but it feels solid and comes out of Vietnam which produces better furniture than China in my opinion. Delivery was 5 stars...3 days, right on time, and assembled as full-service delivery was included with the sale price. A lot of reviews say the couch is uncomfortable but we disagree. It is firm but still comfortable, and the leather will break in over time. This was my biggest worry, but I was very pleased. The couch is exactly as pictured, the color is beautiful. Great for a city apartment or smaller space. You can have the chaise on either side, you just tell the guys which you want when it arrives. The delivery team was fantastic and I love that they assembled so quickly (included with price) and took care of the boxes afterwards. The quality is perfect and the dimensions were spot on and delivery of the item was great with communication and allowing to change the window to make sure I was home. The color online is definitely different in person. I originally purchased crypton nomad and online it looks like a purple beige light color - in person it is much darker and has a yellowness to it. I ended up exchanging for the orly natural and am happy with this for my space but same thing the color is off. Online is looks like a light grey/white color and in person it is very grey and darker. Pretty comfortable. Nice and firm like we wanted. It looks high quality, but the feel of the fabric is so-so (and very absorbent -- no stain resistance here I don't think). This color in my home appears kind of taupe-gray in most light. The delivery was quite swift and on-time which was a pleasant treat. Be aware that the back feels even lower because it is such a firm sofa. Also, there is nothing provided to connect the sectional pieces: they are very much just two separate, matching furniture items, not in fact, a sectional.
