I love it! I receive so many compliments on it as well. The only reason I did not give it a 5-star is because when trying to straighten one of the light fixtures the bulb screws into the fixture cracked. Now I have to be really careful if I plan to change the bulb in the future. If took a while and some patience to get the bulb in and have it work without breaking the fixture further. I really like the chandelier. However, I was concerned that it would be too tall according to the dimensions shown on the site. I even called your customer service to see if it could be shortened and I was told no it couldn't. I bought it anyway and brought it to a lamp repair shop to see if they could shorten it. Imagine our surprise when we opened the box and saw that the light hung down with three threaded rods. I was able to eliminate one rod to get the height I wanted. Medium chandelier in brushed steel

This is a great and stylish light for a good price! However it was very difficult to install simply because the wiring is all the same color clear plastic. You will have to split the plastic sleeve to separate the negative wire from the positive, then strip them, then use the very subtle ridges on the plastic casing to determine which is which. This is not in the instructions you’ll have to look it up. Some positives is that it comes with multiple lengths of pole covering so you can customize how low you want it to hang.
