VERY easy to assemble except for one glitch on the instructions. I called the number on the instructions but no one was available and did not get a call back. BUT I went back to the AllModern website and looked at the product and there was a photo that showed the answer to my question! Kudos to ALLModern for that. The screws were mislabeled, but easy to figure out. The more challenging issue was that the center slat hole did not align with the frame, so we had to drill our own hole to complete the assembly..
