Zero build required. I had a drawer get knocked out of the track during shipping but it was an easy fix. No damage. I didn’t want to mess it up further so I contacted supported and they helped me troubleshoot the issue. If I couldn’t fix it, they would have sent someone out to help/replace. This chest was delivered in perfect condition and exactly as pictured. The dark gray color works well in our office/guest room and the drawers are deeper than we expected. They also pull out farther than another dresser I have from Wayfair and they close securely. This isn't a complaint but the gold handles are on the brassy side of gold.
