Dresser was assembled poorly at the factory with no quality control and the drawer sliding hardware is low quality. The delivery team for the third dresser I received (after two defective ones) was excellent, skilled, and exceeded my expectations. They diagnosed, unscrewed, readjusted, and reinstalled the drawer hardware to ensure the drawers slid in and out without a problem, spending 90 minutes to patiently fix the dresser that the factory misassembled.
