Upon receiving the item, I was very disappointed! I gave a 0 rating because the product I received did not match the description or photos on the website. The items were advertised as cream colored and onyx brown, but what I received was light green and onyx brown. The color discrepancy is significant and makes the items unsuitable for the space and design I intended. This kind of misrepresentation creates a lack of trust in the product listing and the company overall. Accurate product representation is critical, and unfortunately, this experience did not meet expectations. However, I want to take a moment to commend the incredible representative who resolved my issue, an absolute standout in customer service. From the moment she (Cadence) stepped in her professionalism, empathy, and efficiency turned a frustrating situation into a genuinely positive experience. She listened attentively, acknowledged the problem without hesitation, and took swift, thoughtful action to make things right.
