Easy to install, good solid black. As others have noted, it is fixed and not swinging. This ultimately worked for me as I have it in a narrow space and it won't ding the wall and vanity on either side of it.

It was easy to install. One con - the holder doesn't move/pivot, so if you have a thicker towel, you have to shove it in brushing a wall on the way. I was under impression the holder would pivot/move front and back, but it's just stationary
