Have not installed yet, but familiar with Toto soft close seats. Price competitive with other online retailers. Ordered from Allmodern because they had the best price on Toto toilets.

Pretty good seat. It does close quietly though it's super slow. Comfortable and I think it's better looking than the more expensive modern one they also sell for the Aquia toilet. It looks nice where it attaches to the toilet. I bought same seat second time around.
