It’s beautiful, only down fall is that it broke very easily. The warranty process was easy thought. Still pretty!

Terrible quality. Cracked and had to replace after only a few months with minimal use.

Save your money! I bought this shower because of the reviews and claims of durability - it was an investment at $600+ compared to cheaper products. After 3 months (July-September 2023) of being installed, the shower started to fade, dull from the sun despite claims of UV resistant. In April 2024, we went to inspect the shower after the winter season and noticed the finish was peeling off and touching the faucet turned my hand black. I contacted Wayfair who could not help since it was beyond 30 days of receipt). Wayfair reached out to the manufacture. Company is not taking responsibility for the shower finish coming off. I asked for a replacement and the company stands behind their product suggesting that I must have used chemicals on it (which I have not used anything at all to clean it). This product does not meet its claims in the description. I am out $600+ in 9 months and bought a cheaper version. If the product was indeed resistant to everything in the description, why will they not replace this with clear evidence it was a bad product. Disappointed Wayfair is still carrying this product and continuing to use this manufacturer. This is not Wayfair standard.

Arrived quickly, and although it was an open-box item, everything was intact and well-packaged. Works great for our outdoor shower.

We had an outdoor shower built about two months ago and were looking for a quality combination rain shower + hand held to use outdoors. We also wanted it in a black finish. Well... check, check, check and check. This is honestly better than expected. Not only is it super stylish and attractive, but the rain shower head has amazing pressure and while I thought that the diameter might have been a little small... it is not at all. It provides such a comfortable and refreshing shower... not to mention under the sun or stars. I literally have not taken a shower inside since we installed this outdoors and am dreading when we have to shut it off for the winter and I have to slum it back in our indoor shower :)
