Exactly as pictured, subtle, warm light, not much brighter than our low voltage landscape lighting nearby. We don't want the front yard all lit up, just enough to see where you're walking. The design is an attractive, modern, simple look with no bare bulb visible from any angle. I'm very satisfied with this purchase.
