This heater was easy to hang in my pergola, and is quite attractive. I have turned it on and felt immediate warmth; however I need the wind to die down before I go out to enjoy.

In 40 degree weather, takes away some of the chill provided it's not windy. This is a small unit. Warming area seems to be limited to 6x6' area below lamp, just enough for small seating area. Hoping will really make more of a difference in 50 degree weather.
