I ordered the 10’ tree for our room with 12’ ceilings. The tree is very true to size. I will say that it is further off the ground then I would prefer but looks great. This tree has great fullness and quality. It was easy to setup while the branches took awhile to pull down and separate as with any artificial tree. My only two negatives would be the changing of the light color and star plugin. The speed of the light change and blinking starts at fast and continues to get faster with each level. It's like a rave in the house. The kids love it but my husband and I had hoped there would be a more subtle level. For the star plugin - it's not a standard plug. I believe it's referred to as a low voltage. We need to buy an adapted to plug it into our star. That specification would have been appreciated in the description to prepare. Tree came on time. Ordered it after Christmas during a sale. I’ve never had a “fake” Christmas tree before so I didn’t know what to expect. After putting it together (easy assembly) it took a bit of fluffing to get it to cover the empty spaces. It did shed some of the snow but nothing too crazy.
